Museau & Moustaches is a small shop based in Montréal, Québec, born from a simple idea: bringing together, in one place, everyday accessories that make life with a dog or a cat smoother, cleaner and happier.
Animal lovers, just like you
Museau & Moustaches is a mom from Montréal and her dog, Luna. For us, pets are not just a shop idea: they are part of the family. Luna is the first to test the toys, balls and playtime, and she is the one who reminds us what really matters: good, simple, happy moments.
Our selection
We favour items that are easy to understand and use: enrichment toys, walking accessories, resting spots and grooming essentials. Each product is chosen for its real usefulness. Food is deliberately excluded from the shop until a clearly verifiable organic or quality certification is available.
Our commitments
- $5 shipping across Canada, free on orders of $49.99 or more.
- Honest delivery times: estimated delivery up to 17 days, processing included, with a tracking number sent by email.
- Returns accepted within 30 days, with a replacement or refund if an item arrives defective or damaged.
- A real person answers you: write to us at museaumoustaches@gmail.com, we reply to every message.
Our approach
We never replace a veterinarian's advice. If you have any doubt about the safety, size or use of a product, ask a professional and always supervise your pet during play.
