Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Canada. Delivery costs $5 and is free with purchases of $49.99 or more. Estimated delivery: up to 17 days, including preparation, depending on the product and destination.
Can I return an item?
Yes. A return request can be made within 30 days of receipt, subject to the condition of the item. The full terms are in our return and refund policy.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet and consult the instructions on the product page. For a harness, check the chest and neck girth rather than weight alone.
Do you sell food?
No. The selection focuses on accessories, including bowls and feeders. No food will be added without organic certification or quality that can be clearly verified with the manufacturer.
Are the products suitable for all animals?
No. Adapt each product to your pet's size, age, and habits. Remove any damaged item immediately and always supervise your pet during play.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is sent by email once the shipment is confirmed. Remember to check your junk email if you don't see it.
