Return and Refund Policy

You can request to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, clean, and in its original packaging.

How to make a return

Write to us at museaumoustaches@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and the steps to follow. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or different from the order.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item

Report it within 30 days of receipt, with supporting photo. We will offer you, at your choice, a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A confirmation email is sent to you.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the animal after normal use cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
